This very large painting was for my aunt's birthday. It couldn't be scanned, so I had to take a photo of it with my less-than-fabulous digital camera. A wee bit of the bottom was cut off, and it's a little fuzzy, but the colors came out really good. This is the first large acrylic painting I've done in years. And Angela loved it :)

The colors did come out great. I have trouble getting my colors to look good whenever I scan or take photos of them. Beautiful painting! :3

I adore the playfulness of the scene out the window... it reminds me of scenes of heaven... well, or mount olympus... :) What a dreamy thing. As far as the figure in the foreground - I love the swirls that make up the back of her hair... and the way she flows just so. What a lovely piece, it's so neat to hear it was a gift, too ^_^
